Introduction

Hello everyone!

My name is Jaclyn Yacobucci. I am a first-year Special Education K-1 teacher; previously, I was a high school teaching assistant. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies in July of this year. I chose to pursue my Masters in Education to get my professional teaching certificate, but I specifically chose Curriculum and Instruction because those are my areas that I believe I could use more education on.

I am excited to learn everything in this course because it is all pretty new to me. I would like to learn ways to incorporate media in the classroom to help engage families.

On a more personal note, I am a Disney and football lover (Go Bills!). I have two daughters who definitely keep me busy! 

I look forward to interacting with all of you.
